There are several possibilities:
- The e-mail address associated with your account is simply not valid
- The e-mail address associated with your account is no longer current
- The e-mail address associated with your account contains a typing error (spelling, typing error...)
- Our confirmation emails are going to your spamfolder
- Your mailbox filters our automatic e-mails. In this case, you will have to go to the web version of your mailbox and accept all the mails from us.
